I am a second generation native Floridian born and raised in Miami, Florida. My wife, Tiffany was born in Ft. Lauderdale and grew up in Boynton Beach. We have two daughters, Morgan and Sara, and reside in Boca Raton. I attended Ransom Everglades High School and the University of Florida, graduating with high honors and receiving a B.S. in Building Construction with a minor in Business.
I have been involved in the construction industry for the last twenty years. While in high school, I started my own construction business and completed various projects from building decks and docks to home repair and home renovation. After college I spent eleven highly successful years working for the two largest homebuilders in the U.S. overseeing the construction of thousands of homes. I was instrumental in developing and managing construction processes that greatly improved performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. This fundamental understanding of efficiency provides me with the knowledge necessary to help streamline the federal government.
My desire to become a U.S. Congressman began during a family vacation to Washington D.C. when I was twelve. Touring the Capitol, monuments, and museums I knew then that one day I would serve my country as a Representative and promote American ideals. I now have this opportunity along with the will, capability, and determination to make the tough decisions that must be made to ensure a more secure future.
